Fonimage is committed to respecting the rights of copyright owners and maintaining the integrity of intellectual property. We have implemented the following DMCA policy to address copyright infringement concerns.


Reporting Copyright Infringement:

If you believe that your copyright-protected work has been posted or used on Fonimage in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the steps outlined below to file a complaint.


1. Notification:

To file a copyright infringement complaint, you must send a written communication that includes the following information:

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled.

- Information reasonably sufficient to permit Fonimage to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.

- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.


2. Submit Your Complaint:

3. Action Taken:

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA complaint, Fonimage will take the following actions:

- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

- Notify the user who posted the material that their content has been removed or disabled due to copyright infringement.

- Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA complaint.


Counter-Notification:

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:

- Your name, address, and telephone number.

- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

- A statement that you have a good faith belief that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

- A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Termination of Repeat Infringers:

Fonimage reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We will also, in appropriate circumstances, report such users to the appropriate authorities.
